Please be aware that when I launch a new product or have a sale this time frame can extend. At the moment my dispatch team consists of me and two very unhelpful, ball addicted dogs but I promise to work as hard and fast as I can.
I typically arrange courier pick up days every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday.
Delivery time frame:
Same City (Sydney): 1 - 2 Business Days
NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT: 1 - 5 Business Days
WA, NT, TAS: 4 - 10 Business Days

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
No refunds unless the product is faulty or damaged in the post. The refund will be processed once the product has been returned to me. I can also offer you store credit.
All product sizes are clearly stated in the product descriptions, please be sure to check the measurements before purchasing. If you purchased something and it does not fit correctly please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org - I can refuse the exchange if there is damage to the product. All exchange costs are to be paid for by the customer. If the product does not get returned or lost in the mail I cannot issue the exchange. Your replacement will be posted once the product you wish to exchange has been returned.
